Description

The NEWARE CAE-6008n-BMS-CANFD-RS485 is an 8-channel power battery data acquisition box designed for high-speed monitoring and data acquisition in battery and BMS applications. With eight fully isolated acquisition channels, the system can simultaneously acquire critical parameters such as voltage, temperature, and current. Supporting CAN FD, CAN, and RS485 communication, the CAE-6008n provides CAN FD throughput of up to 8,000 frames per second per channel, with transmission latency below 20 ms. Its built-in protocol stack, multi-TCP server capability, and integration interfaces enable flexible connection with BMS, thermal chambers, and other battery testing systems. The 1.5 kV electromagnetic isolation and industrial communication architecture provide reliable signal transmission in demanding battery testing environments, making the CAE-6008n suitable for EV battery, energy storage, battery module, and BMS monitoring applications.
