Prometheus Panta

High-resolution protein stability characterization system combining multiple optical technologies in one instrument for deep biophysical profiling.

-Multi-parameter stability profiling: Simultaneously measures thermal unfolding, aggregation, particle size, and colloidal behavior.
-Label-free biophysical measurements: Uses intrinsic properties of molecules (no dyes needed) for reliable data.
-High resolution & precision: Detects subtle differences in stability back to key metrics like Tₘ, Tₒₙₛₑₜ, and aggregation onset.
-Small sample volume: Works with low volumes (~10 µL) and supports individual capillaries or chips for up to 48 samples.
-Flexible thermal control: Wide temperature range (~15 °C–110 °C) with precise control and ramping.

Description

The Prometheus™ Panta is an advanced biophysical instrument designed for comprehensive protein stability characterization in drug discovery and biologics research. It integrates multiple optical methods—including nanoDSF (thermal unfolding), dynamic light scattering (DLS), static light scattering (SLS), and backreflection—to collect numerous stability and aggregation parameters from the same sample in a single experiment. This allows researchers to profile thermal stability, aggregation propensity, particle size, and purity without labels and with minimal sample consumption.
