The PROFILE GEM P-type Coaxial and Semi-Planar HPGe Detector is a next-generation gamma spectroscopy detector engineered for application-specific optimization and maximum measurement accuracy.

Unlike standard HPGe detectors, the PROFILE series allows users to select precisely defined crystal dimensions, ensuring optimal counting geometry and reproducible performance tailored to each application.

This detector family integrates both coaxial and semi-planar (over-square) geometries, delivering outstanding performance across a wide energy range. The semi-planar design reduces capacitance, significantly improving low-energy resolution and sensitivity, while maintaining excellent peak shape and stability.
