Description

The NEWARE CD-6006A-5V1200A-PS-H is an intelligent high-power battery cell testing system designed for power battery research and development, particularly for large-capacity cells that require high-current and dynamic testing. The system features six main channels and one 600 A shared channel. The shared channel can be intelligently combined with any of the six main channels, increasing the maximum current of a single channel from 600 A to 1,200 A. This flexible current architecture allows the system to support both precision low-current testing and high-power pulse experiments within the same platform. The system provides a charging voltage range of 0–5 V and a discharging range of 1.5–5 V, with four current ranges from 75 A to 600 A. When the shared channel is superimposed, the maximum current can reach 1,200 A. Voltage accuracy is specified at ±0.02% F.S., while current accuracy is ±0.05% F.S. For dynamic battery testing, the CD-6006A-5V1200A-PS-H provides a ≤3 ms current response time, ≤6 ms current conversion time, and a 50 ms minimum pulse width. It supports applications such as cycle-life testing, pulse testing, condition simulation, and DCIR testing. Another key feature is its 750 V DC bus architecture, which enables centralized power distribution and energy recovery. NEWARE specifies a maximum system energy recovery efficiency of 80%, helping reduce energy consumption during high-current battery testing.
