Description
The NEWARE CE-6000 Module Testing System is a high-power battery testing platform designed for battery module performance, safety, and reliability testing. Its modular architecture provides flexible voltage and current configurations, allowing the system to be adapted to different battery module power requirements. The system uses an AC/DC and DC/DC dual-stage high-frequency isolated modular design combined with multi-channel 24-bit analog-to-digital conversion. This architecture is designed to provide stable and accurate measurements while allowing the testing system to be configured for different voltage and current requirements. NEWARE also states that customized models can be provided for specific voltage and current requirements. A key feature is the system's channel-independent parallel and split function. Channels can be configured independently for different power levels, while modular parallel operation allows multiple power units to work together for high-current battery module testing. This provides greater flexibility when testing battery modules with different capacity and power requirements. The CE-6000 Module Testing System also supports energy feedback, recovering energy generated during battery discharge and redistributing it to other battery channels or feeding it back to the internal power grid. NEWARE specifies a maximum feedback efficiency of 90% for this module-testing platform. For dynamic testing, the system provides a ≤3 ms current response time, ≤6 ms current conversion time, and 100 ms minimum pulse width. It also supports driving simulation with up to 1 million lines of changing data, making it suitable for reproducing dynamic operating conditions in battery module testing.
