Description

The NEWARE CE-6001n-3000V200A is an ultra-high-voltage battery testing system designed for high-voltage energy storage packs, ultra-high-voltage battery clusters, and high-voltage DC source simulation for PCS testing. With a maximum charging and discharging voltage of 3000 V, current output of up to 200 A, and 300 kW of single-channel output power, the system is designed for high-power battery and energy storage applications requiring high-voltage testing capabilities. The system features an AC/DC and DC/DC dual-stage high-frequency isolated modular architecture, providing a scalable platform for flexible system configuration, production-line integration, and maintenance. Up to four channels can be operated in parallel for higher-current applications. NEWARE specifies customizable current configurations from 200 A to 1600 A for the parallel expansion architecture. For dynamic battery testing, the CE-6001n supports constant current (CC), constant voltage (CV), and constant power (CP) charge/discharge modes, together with pulse testing, condition simulation, cycle-life testing, continuous charge/discharge switching, and DCIR testing. The system also supports TCP/IP Ethernet, CAN FD, CAN, RS485, and BMS communication, allowing integration with environmental chambers, water chillers, vibration testers, and other equipment for automated and system-level battery testing.

The formal technical table on NEWARE's product page specifies 1–200 A as the current output range, while the feature section describes customizable configurations from 200 A to 1600 A for parallel expansion. For the RYTS product page, I recommend keeping 1–200 A in the main specification table and describing up to 1600 A separately as a parallel/custom configuration.
