Description
The NEWARE CT-4008Q-5V12A-S1 is an 8-channel battery testing system designed for precise charge/discharge characterization of rechargeable batteries and energy storage devices. Each channel can independently perform data acquisition and be programmed according to individual testing requirements. The system provides four selectable current ranges from 0.5 mA to 12 A: 0.5–100 mA, 100–500 mA, 500 mA–6 A, and 6–12 A. This range switching allows users to select an appropriate current range for improved measurement accuracy, including low-current testing. With 60 W output power per channel, the CT-4008Q-5V12A-S1 is designed for higher-current battery testing than the 6 A version. It supports a range of testing methods, including cycle life, rate charge/discharge, pulse simulation, GITT, DCIR, and dQ/dV analysis. The system also supports DBC protocol configuration, CC/CV charge-discharge testing, segmented data recording, and connection to auxiliary temperature, voltage, and environmental test equipment. Its 3U modular design allows multiple units to be assembled into larger battery testing systems.
