The NEWARE CT-ZWJ-4'S-T-1U is a dedicated control unit designed to act as an intermediary hub between 4-series battery testing equipment and the host computer. It receives test instructions from the computer and communicates with the connected testing equipment to execute programmed charge and discharge procedures. The control unit also supports real-time monitoring, data acquisition, and logical judgment during battery testing. For larger testing setups, the CT-ZWJ-4'S-T-1U can connect to up to 10 battery testing units through RJ45 and TCP/IP communication, with a communication rate of 100 Mbps and support for up to 256 channels including main and auxiliary channels. The unit also adds an important layer of system protection. Its UPS supercapacitor helps preserve test status during power interruptions, while the control unit can continue executing preset procedures if the host computer becomes unresponsive. It also supports communication with external equipment such as temperature chambers, pressure modules, and press PLCs.
