Description
Replacing the free-space paths between a Watt-level femtosecond fiber laser and a two-photon microscope setup is a total game-changer for modern multiphoton microscopy! Delivering femtosecond pulses directly from the laser source to the microscope through an optical fiber opens the door to completely new microscope designs for non-linear microscopy and makes laser safety and ease of use feel effortless – that's the power of fiber delivery.
In the FemtoFiber ultra FD, we combine a polarization-maintaining hollow-core fiber with our proprietary COOL technology: COOLAC offers hands-off, automated fiber coupling that eliminates manual alignment at installation, optimizes fiber coupling at the touch of a button, and monitors fiber coupling efficiency completely internally without the need for external tools or equipment. This means the fiber can stay connected to the microscope or user setup at all times.
An integrated AOM for fast power modulation, software-controlled dispersion precompensation, and our unique Clean Pulse Technology complete the system and ensure smooth, user-friendly performance.
