Description
The MP-SPR Navi™ 210A VASA is a fully automated Multi-Parametric Surface Plasmon Resonance (MP-SPR) instrument designed for real-time, label-free analysis of molecular interactions and surface properties. With two fluidic channels, automated liquid handling, and a wide angular measurement range of 40°–78°, the system enables precise characterization of binding affinity, kinetics, bound mass, layer thickness, and refractive index. It can analyze a broad range of samples, including small molecules, proteins, nanoparticles, cells, and complex biological samples. The instrument can be configured with up to four wavelengths per channel, providing advanced capabilities for surface and thin-film characterization. Its chemically resistant flow cell also allows measurements involving organic solvents, serum, and plasma.
