Description

The MP-SPR Navi™ 400 KONTIO is a 4-channel Multi-Parametric Surface Plasmon Resonance (MP-SPR) instrument designed for real-time, label-free analysis of cell adhesion, cell-based interactions, and molecular binding. With four fluidic channels, the system enables simultaneous measurements on a single sensor while providing precise control of temperature, flow rate, shear stress, and liquid composition. These capabilities allow researchers to investigate cell–surface interactions under physiologically relevant conditions. The instrument captures the complete SPR curve, providing comprehensive information for analyzing molecular and cellular interactions. Its wide angular measurement range also enables measurements using complex samples such as cell culture media, serum, and saliva. The elastomer-coated prism facilitates convenient sensor handling and allows cell layers to be prepared ex situ for further characterization using complementary techniques such as AFM and microscopy.
