Description
The MP-SPR Navi™ 420A ILVES is a fully automated, high-sensitivity 4-channel Multi-Parametric Surface Plasmon Resonance (MP-SPR) instrument designed for real-time, label-free analysis of molecular interactions. Its minimal dead volume and four independent fluidic channels make the system well suited for sensitive interaction studies while helping minimize sample consumption. The instrument is particularly suitable for studying interactions involving small molecules, proteins, lipids, nanoparticles, and other biological or surface-active materials. The 420A ILVES combines automated sample handling with two wavelengths per measurement channel, enabling characterization of binding affinity, kinetics, layer thickness, and conformational changes. Its wide angular measurement range also allows measurements across a broad range of sample sizes, from small organic molecules to nanoparticles and living cells. The system supports KineticTitration™, which enables sequential analyte injections at different concentrations without requiring dissociation or regeneration between every concentration step. This can shorten affinity and kinetic measurements, particularly when regeneration of the sensor surface is difficult.
