Description

The Thorlabs PS610 is a compact 10 mm UV fused silica right-angle prism with uncoated optical surfaces. Its right-angle geometry allows the prism to redirect an incident optical beam by 90° through Total Internal Reflection (TIR) when the appropriate incidence conditions are met.

The prism is manufactured from UV-fused silica, making it well suited for applications spanning the ultraviolet, visible, and near-infrared regions. Compared with N-BK7, UV-fused silica provides higher transmission in the deep UV and a lower coefficient of thermal expansion, making it a suitable choice for demanding optical and photonics applications.
