Description

The Thorlabs RMS100X-PFO is a 100X Plan Fluorite oil immersion microscope objective with a high numerical aperture of 1.30. It is designed for infinity-corrected microscopy systems and uses a 180 mm design tube lens focal length.

The Plan Fluorite optical design provides improved correction of spherical and chromatic aberrations compared with conventional achromatic objectives. Thorlabs describes its Plan Fluorite objectives as being corrected at multiple colors and designed to produce flat images across the field of view, making them well suited for demanding imaging applications such as color laser scanning microscopy.
