Description
The PicoQuant Taiko PDL M1 is a high-end picosecond diode laser driver designed to provide precise control and monitoring of LDH-I Series pulsed laser heads.
The driver supports pulsed, burst, and CW operation with repetition rates from 1 Hz to 100 MHz. It automatically recognizes the connected laser head and provides access to key operating parameters including emission wavelength, temperature, repetition rate, and estimated optical output power.
For high-power applications, the Taiko PDL M1 supports laser diodes delivering up to 150 mW average optical power in pulsed mode and up to 200 mW in CW mode, depending on the laser head. Its programmable burst mode can generate sequences of up to 17 million pulses, making it suitable for advanced time-resolved measurements and applications requiring controlled excitation energy.
