400L nominal capacity integrated machine for battery high and low temperature performance testing, suitable for battery material research, and temperature performance testing of 3C and power cells.

Description

The NEWARE WGDW-400L2-40C-380V-12U-B is a dual-zone high and low temperature all-in-one battery testing system that integrates environmental temperature simulation with battery charge/discharge testing. The system features two independently configured 200 L temperature-controlled zones, providing a total nominal chamber volume of 400 L. With a temperature range of −40°C to 150°C, it enables battery performance evaluation under a wide range of thermal conditions while synchronizing temperature cycling with electrochemical testing. The system supports CC, CV, and CP charge/discharge modes, pulse testing with a minimum pulse width of 100 ms, cycle-life testing, rate-performance testing, and condition simulation. Customizable fixtures allow testing of different battery formats, including button and pouch cells.
