800L nominal capacity high- and low-temperature integrated machine for battery testing, suitable for temperature performance testing of batteries in 3C and power cells.

Description

The NEWARE WGDW-800L2-40C-380V-32U-B is an 800 L dual-zone high- and low-temperature all-in-one battery testing system that integrates environmental temperature simulation with battery charge/discharge testing in a single platform. The system features two 400 L temperature-controlled zones, providing a total nominal volume of 800 L. With a wide temperature range of −40°C to 150°C, it enables synchronized temperature cycling and electrochemical testing for evaluating battery performance under different thermal conditions. The system supports CC, CV, and CP charge/discharge modes, pulse testing with a minimum pulse width of 100 ms, cycle-life testing, rate-performance testing, and condition simulation. Its customizable battery fixtures can accommodate different cell formats, including button and pouch cells.
