4 Independent Temperature Zones for Flexible Battery Testing The NEWARE WHW-25L-16CH*4 is a compact all-in-one battery testing system that combines four independently controlled temperature zones with battery charge/discharge testing. Each zone provides a 25 L temperature-controlled chamber and 16 battery testing channels, delivering 64 channels in total. The four enclosures can operate independently, allowing researchers to assign different testing programs and temperature conditions to each zone. This makes the system particularly useful when multiple battery conditions need to be evaluated simultaneously within a compact laboratory setup. Each channel provides 5 V / 100 mA testing capability with ±0.05% F.S. voltage and current accuracy and a 100 ms sampling time. The temperature-controlled chambers operate from 15 to 60°C, with ≤1°C temperature fluctuation under stable no-load conditions. The system integrates battery testing and environmental temperature control in one platform, helping researchers reduce equipment footprint while simplifying temperature-dependent battery experiments.
